The Wellness AA is a Not-for-Profit Social Enterprise
Our Mission is to tackle social isolation and loneliness, promote community wellbeing and support disadvantaged & vulnerable individuals to be well, flourish, enjoy meaningful relationships and have an improved quality of life.

Sometimes we all need a little support from time to time...little stressors build-up, or we may feel stuck, isolated or in need of guidance, support or assistance...
Donate any amount to our 'Pay it Forward' Wellbeing Scheme which provides free support to vulnerable, disadvantaged or isolated individuals and families at risk such as mentoring support, training and events, helping to improve their quality of life.
Treat yourself or loved one by investing in our Wellness Tokens which can be redeemed whenever you're ready. Enjoy our affordable wellbeing offers supporting our practitioners and local small businesses e.g. massage, nutrition advice, fitness.

It can be confusing and sometimes overwhelming when we don't know where to go for specific support or help. We have collated a directory of organisations and services which offer specialised services and links to support you and your family.
The Wellness AA is excited to be presenting the podcasts for Mind's new Community Podcast Legacy Project 2023, hosted by Wellbeing Tribez in collaboration with Mind in Camden and Women's Charity Hopscotch and Castlehaven Community Centre who are supporting women with wellbeing including Gardening, Mindfulness, Wellbeing, Mentoring and More!

Supporting vulnerable parents and carers is at the heart of our community wellbeing mission providing family events, online forums, our Parenting course and wellness workshops. We our please to have collaborated with QCCA to offer our Parenting Course and have hosted Wellbeing sessions including Chair Yoga, Mindfulness and Check-In sessions on behalf of Charity Centre 404 which supports Parents and Carers of children with Autism.
It was an honour to have the Mayor of Camden Nasim Ali OBE not only attend and support our event and but participate as a judge to find the best talent in our Camden's Got Talent Show to boost community cohesion and wellbeing in collaboration with Queens Crescent Community and Wellbeing Tribez.
So happy to have been featured online in Googles Community's NGO Success stories. Asa Not for Profit organisation and Social Enterprise we was happy to have received 2 years funding from Camden Giving and Google Community partnership to help us to support vulnerable and disadvantaged parents and families. Unfortunately this has come to an end so if you would like to donate to help us continuing supporting not only parents but any individuals at risk of social isolation and loneliness.
